Good morning all! I hope everyone is having a good Thursday so far and is ready for the weekend! I cooked a lot yesterday and I thought I would share one of the things that I made! It was a big hit at the house and they didn't last long.

I had some pizza dough and I was kind of thinking about making garlic knots, but I decided instead to make pizza "rolls" the same way that I make cinnamon rolls! These were super easy and super delicious!

I just rolled out my dough into a square and then brushed on a little olive oil and topped with pizza sauce. Then I sprinkled on garlic powder and onion powder, cut the dough into strips, and then added my toppings, I used pepperoni and Italian blend cheese. I rolled them up and baked them at 400 and when they were done I brushed them with melted butter I added garlic and Italian seasoning to. Definitely going to make these again!

This means there are little piles link of jewelry and trinkets scattered all over my apartment. Rings in bowls shaped like strawberries, link tangled-up necklaces in empty Murano glass ashtrays. I keep my regular rotation Rolex watches out where I can see them, the rest are hidden in the depths of socks link drawers and other super secret places. I hope my mum isn't reading this!

My childhood watch was probably like a G.I. Joe watch or something like link that. I'm not really a watch guy in the classic sense. I'm a collector. And I sort of know not to get too link deep into something if I'm not willing to go all the way. I collect vinyl – with over 10,000 records – art books, and music ephemera. So I know that it's too dangerous for me to dip too deep into the water because there's so much link great product out there.
