I made these for the first time the other day and I already can't wait to make them again! They have everything that you love about French Onion Soup but in the form of a burger. Loads of sautéed onions, lots of cheesy goodness and even an onion bun.

I hope you enjoy making these, they are super easy and super delicious!

French Onion Soup Burgers

2.25 lbs ground beef

1 ½ packets of Lipton onion soup

4 large onions, sliced thin

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Salt

Pepper

4-5 sprigs of fresh thyme, remove leaves from stem

4 Tbsp Butter, plus extra

Splash of water

Provolone cheese

8 Onion buns

Start by mixing your ground beef with your onion soup mix, some garlic power, onion powder and pepper. Form into 8 patties and set aside while you cook your onions.

In a large skillet, melt your butter and add in your onions, thyme and a splash of water. Cover and cooks for a few minutes and then stir your onions and add some salt and pepper. Add more butter if needed and then cover and continue cooking for a few minutes. Keep lid off and continue cooking until the onions are beautifully browned and tender, stirring occasionally. Once they are done, remove the onions from the pan.

In the same pan, fry your burgers four at a time, on medium heat. Cook on the first side for about 3 minutes. I like to flatten them a little with my spatula while they cook so they are a little flatter and wider rather than puffy, this step is totally optional. Then flip the burger and top each with sauteed onions and then a slice of provolone cheese. Cover and cook for 2 minutes and then remove the lid and cook until desired doneness.

Lightly butter your buns and toast them until lightly golden. Place the burger on your bun and top your burger with more onions. Enjoy!

Only a dozen or link so original London Crash watches are thought to exist. link With so few, and with interest among collectors so high, you can't really talk about a market price – there just aren't enough of them and they come up too seldom. The last data point we have is an original London Crash that sold for $1,503,888. If one came up tomorrow, only God and the ghost of Louis Cartier could say how much it link would go for.

A snapback to the rude reality where I no longer own (or even "own") a solid 18-karat yellow gold Bulgari Octo Finissimo. Yes, this behavior is a little over the top. But it's not as link though I fall in love every day. So when I do catch myself feeling weak at link the knees, I know it's link worth taking note. Listen, you gotta take your serotonin where you can get it.
