Last night we broke out the Pampered Chef air fryer, and it was amazing! The air fryer itself is phenomenal, highly recommend. Also, these kebabs were so delicious, I already can't wait to make some more! Super easy for a mid week dinner, afternoon snack, or as an appetizer!
For the Kebabs
2 chicken breast, cut into bite size cubes
1 Tbsp olive oil
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
For the Sauce
1 cup Kewpie mayo
1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1-2 Tbsp Honey
Start by combining your sauce ingredients and mixing together. I always add more Sriracha, and usually some more sweet chili sauce, but please taste and adjust to your liking. I like mine a little on the spicier side. Save half of the sauce for brushing on the kebabs before they go into the air fryer and reserve the other half.
For the kebabs, make sure that the skewers you have will fit on the rack of your air fryer. I had to trim mine down to size. I did this before soaking them in the water. Toss your chicken pieces with the olive oil and as much seasoning as the lord allows
Place 5-6 pieces of chicken pieces on each skewer. Brush some of the sauce on each kebab. Line up the kebabs on the trays of your air fryer and air fry at 400 for 14-15 minutes. At the halfway point, flip your chicken and rotate your trays. Cook until they are cooked through and starting to crisp up on the edges, Remove from the air fryer and brush with some of the remaining sauce.
You can totally make these in the oven or on the grill as well if you don't have an air fryer or don't feel like using it!
There's a funny story about the "Safari" logo that adorns the face of the new watch. The same typeface is also used on the nameplate of Leh Keen's link Safari Project link Porsches. Neither Leh nor Bradley Price, the man behind Autodromo, knew that the other was using this typeface, but it's a testament to nailing the exact vibe they were going link for. The neon orange logo breaks up the green of the watch in a way that's very '80s indeed.
I believe that I link have been quite upfront with you about my NOMOS fanaticism thus far, though I've kept my musings largely limited to its link dressier designs. Now, I am formally here to show some link love to the brand's sportier options, and with its 37mm sizing and radiant green dial, this take on the Club Sport Neomatik is a great place to start.
